1. Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, installing or using Awooo (the "Game"), you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

3. Description of the service
Awooo is a werewolf-style mobile party game played in local multiplayer (several phones physically together), available on iOS and Android. It is free to play, with optional in-app purchases and subscriptions unlocking premium content (additional roles in particular).
4. Access to the game
Multiplayer works locally between nearby devices; an internet connection is required for certain features (purchases, purchase restoration, updates, nickname narration, notifications). We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Game at any time, subject to your acquired rights (purchased content).
5. Intellectual property
The Game's code, design and original content are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher. Certain elements (avatars, music, sound effects, synthetic voices) are used under license from their respective rights holders. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation of the Game or its content is prohibited.
Awooo is an original creation inspired by the traditional werewolf parlor game, which belongs to the public domain. Awooo is not affiliated with any other game publisher.
6. User conduct
You agree not to modify, hack or alter the Game, nor to circumvent its protection or content-unlocking systems.
7. In-app purchases and subscriptions
The Game offers in-app purchases (role packs) and subscriptions (monthly and yearly) unlocking premium content.
- Payment: transactions are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play depending on your device, with our technical provider RevenueCat. We never collect or store any banking data.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to your Apple/Google account.
- Management and cancellation: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Restoration: your purchases are linked to your Apple/Google account and can be restored on a new device from the Game's shop.
- Refunds: subject to Apple's and Google's policies and to your statutory rights.
8. Age and minors
The Game may be used by minors. Any purchase or subscription made by a minor requires the prior consent of their legal guardian.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the Game's store page.
10. Limitation of liability
We shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Game, a service interruption or a loss of data, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to the terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence or use a free consumer mediation service.
